Pest Control Answering Service

Pest control calls handled the way your own office would.

A pest control answering service is a phone-answering team that picks up your calls in your company's name, qualifies the pest issue, and books the job for you. Callvix does this with real, trained people — not a bot — applying your service areas, pricing, and booking rules, and logging every call into your CRM.

What's included

Four ways we keep your phone covered

Inbound call answering

Live answering in your company name for new and existing customers — calls open the way your office would.

Emergency call handling

Urgent pest issues — wasps, rodents, infestations — are recognized and handled by your escalation rules, so nothing time-sensitive gets stuck.

Overflow & optional after-hours

Cover the calls that pile up when your team is on a job — plus optional evening and weekend add-ons for when the office is closed.

Appointment scheduling

Jobs booked directly on your availability, service areas, and pricing rules — logged clearly into your CRM for your team to action.

Coverage options

Who answers

A real person who understands pest control — not an automated menu

Every call is picked up by an agent trained specifically on pest control conversations. No "press 1 for scheduling." No script that falls apart when a caller goes off-topic.

They already know your services, your service area, your pricing, and your booking rules before they ever answer a call in your name — so the customer experiences your office, at its best, every time.

Human vs. AI

Why a trained person beats an AI bot on pest calls

A homeowner with rats in the kitchen or wasps by the door doesn’t want to “press 1.” They want someone who can hear the urgency, reassure them, ask the right follow-up, and book the job.

An AI receptionist can read a script, but it stumbles on the emotional, off-script calls that pest control runs on. Every Callvix call is handled by a real, trained person applying your rules — so callers reach your office at its best.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a pest control answering service?

It’s a phone-answering team that handles your pest control calls in your company’s name — qualifying the pest issue, checking your service area, and booking the job by your rules. Callvix does this with trained people and logs every call into your CRM.

Is it 24/7?

Not by default. Standard coverage is live answering and booking Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm in your local time. Evening and weekend coverage are optional paid add-ons you can turn on when it fits your call volume.

Is it human or AI?

Human. Every call is answered by a real, trained representative — not an AI voice bot — because pest calls are urgent and emotional, and judgment matters.

How much does it cost?

$399/month base (Mon–Fri live answering and booking) plus a flat $2.99 per inbound call and $0.99 per outbound follow-up. Optional add-ons: After-Hours $199/mo, Weekend $149/mo, CRM Management $99/mo. No long-term contract. See the full pricing page.

Do you book into my CRM?

Yes. Calls and booked jobs are logged into the system you already use — including FieldRoutes, ServiceTitan, GorillaDesk, Briostack, PestPac, or Housecall Pro.

What happens after hours?

By default, after-hours calls are captured and handled by your rules for a next-business-day callback. Add the After-Hours or Weekend coverage add-on and we answer and book live during those windows too.
