Your service codes, branches and territories followed exactly — or escalated, never guessed.
PestPac offices tend to be a little more structured than average — more service codes, more branch and territory logic, more rules about what can be sold on which account. A generic call center gets that wrong constantly. We'd rather learn the rules once and follow them.
Illustrative sample call — not a customer testimonial or performance claim.
Callvix is a pest control answering service staffed by trained people, not an AI bot. During your agreed coverage we answer in your company’s name, qualify the pest issue, and book eligible jobs by your rules — working inside PestPac so your team sees the job where they expect it. Standard coverage is Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm in your local time; evening and weekend coverage are optional add-ons.
Phone number, then service address. PestPac accounts often have history that changes the whole call, so we read it before we talk pricing or availability.
Created with the fields your office treats as mandatory, including the service code and lead source you use, so nothing has to be cleaned up later.
Scheduled against the service code, branch and territory you've mapped for that pest and location — not the first open slot we find.
Pest, severity, structure type, access and safety details, and any question the caller asked that a tech should know the answer to.
Commercial accounts, termite and WDO work, anything under warranty, and any pricing question outside your published range goes straight to your named contact.
Service codes are the thing most answering services get wrong. We build a mapping table at onboarding — caller says X, we book code Y — and we don't improvise outside it.
Multi-branch and territory rules are followed as configured. If an address falls outside a defined territory we escalate rather than guess.
Recurring versus one-time is your call, not ours. We offer what you tell us to offer.
If your office runs a specific cancellation or reschedule policy, it goes in the script and is quoted the same way every time.
The ones where the difference between a trained pest-control representative and a generic call center shows up in your revenue rather than in a survey.
Warranty and callback calls are margin, not revenue, and the answer usually lives in the account history. We read it, we don't guess, and if the coverage is at all ambiguous the call goes to your named contact rather than getting a yes we can't stand behind.
Commercial multi-site work almost never fits a residential booking rule. We qualify it properly — sites, square footage, current provider, decision maker — and escalate with a written summary rather than dropping it into a residential service code.
The one call where booking the wrong code is expensive. Default handling is to qualify the evidence the caller describes, capture the structure details, and escalate for inspection scheduling — unless you've told us otherwise.
Setup is a conversation, not a form. All of this is written down before we answer in your name.
A named user in PestPac with the permission level you’re comfortable granting — revocable at any time.
Your service areas, and what we should do with an address that falls outside them.
Your pricing rules, and the point at which a pricing question should come to you instead.
A mapping between what a caller describes and the service or job type you want booked.
Your escalation contact, the method, and what counts as urgent enough to use it.
The greeting, in your company’s name, exactly as you want it spoken.
The difference between a useful answering service and one that creates work for you.
We are not a PestPac partner and this is not a native integration. There is no data sync. Our people work in your account like an in-house CSR would, using access you control.
We don’t take payment or quote account balances. We don’t invent an answer to a pricing or scope question that falls outside your rules — it gets escalated. We don’t process cancellations; we capture the reason and hand the call to you the same day. And we only work with pest control companies, so we would be the wrong choice for your other trades if you run any.
Per call, not per minute — a long, complicated booking costs the same as a quick question.
Our prices are published rather than quoted — you can work out what Callvix costs before you ever speak to us. See the full pricing breakdown →
