Free tools for pest control offices
Callvix publishes three free tools for pest control owners. All of them are ungated: no email address, no form, no sign-up. Download or print them, use them with any provider you are considering, and ignore Callvix entirely if that is where the answers point.
They exist because the decisions they cover — who answers your phone, what that person says, and what happens at 9pm — are usually made without a written standard to compare against.
The tools
- Answering service vendor scorecard PDF, 5 pagesA printable scorecard carrying all 25 questions to ask a provider, with space for evidence, a 0–10 score and a decision summary. Built to be used across several vendors, including ones that are not Callvix.
- Call script and customer intake form Print or save as PDFA template for what your office says when the phone rings and what it writes down: the pest issue, the address, urgency, and the details a technician needs before the visit.
- After-hours escalation checklist Printable checklistThe levels of urgency an after-hours call can fall into, what each one should trigger, and who gets woken up. Useful whether the calls are handled in-house or by a provider.
